Stripe is looking for a talented UX Research Manager to join our Payments team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading UX research activities to inform the design and development of our payment solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead UX research activities to inform the design and development of payment solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and pain points.,Design and execute user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.,Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.,Present research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.,Mentor and develop junior researchers within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on payment solutions or financial services.,Proven track record of leading UX research projects from start to finish.,Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.,Strong analytical and synthesis skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
