📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine patterns using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, and Lectra Modaris.
• Create detailed and accurate patterns for garments and architectural designs.
• Collaborate with designers to understand and translate design concepts into technical patterns.
• Ensure patterns meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Conduct pattern grading and alteration to accommodate different sizes and styles.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in fashion and design.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Manage and maintain pattern libraries and digital archives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making, with a strong background in Pola Taylor.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, and Lectra Modaris.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for design.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
