📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to our team and clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions to our team members and clients.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide training and support to our team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to use our IT systems effectively.
• Monitor and maintain the security of our IT systems, ensuring our data is protected and our systems are secure.
• Work with our development team to ensure our IT systems support our business needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and recommend improvements to our IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
