📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our clients.
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking customers to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles to support future troubleshooting efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends to recommend best practices.
• Assist in the training and development of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical network issues.
• Work closely with local and international teams to coordinate network maintenance and upgrades.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Japanese.
