📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates using industry-standard software.
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction contract management and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC and NEC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
- Must be able to work in Bali, Indonesia.
