📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to maintain high safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain vessel systems, including engines, navigation equipment, and cargo handling gear.
• Manage and supervise the deck crew, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
• Prepare and maintain navigation and operational logs, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in crew meetings and contribute to the development of safety and operational procedures.
• Assist the Master in the planning and execution of voyage operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Mate on bulk vessels.
• Valid Master's or Chief Mate's license (STCW 95 or equivalent).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with bulk cargo handling and loading operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
• Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
