📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining a strong cash flow.
• Oversee the credit approval process, including credit limit reviews and credit policy enforcement.
• Track customer credit limits and implement credit policies to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and other finance departments to resolve credit issues and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Use SAP and Oracle to manage financial data and generate reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the sales team by forecasting cash flow and managing credit risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and credit policies.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
