📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
• Train and develop baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new products, promotions, and initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring repeat visits.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the ZUS Coffee brand.
• Use POS systems like Square or Toast to manage transactions and track sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or coffee industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
