📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients with shipping inquiries and provide expert advice on freight forwarding solutions
• Process and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments
• Track and monitor shipments using SAP, COSMIC, and Sea-Intelligence to provide real-time updates to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and communicate any issues or delays to clients
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any problems that arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with SAP, COSMIC, and Sea-Intelligence is a plus
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
