📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Train and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as mechanics and fuel suppliers.
• Provide support to the logistics and transport management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
• Knowledge of fleet management software, such as SAP Fleet Management, or similar.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
