📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track service tickets and warranty claims using Zendesk and Salesforce
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback to the service team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using Zendesk and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
