📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and informative.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply their new skills in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
