📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.,Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.,Handle cash transactions and process payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of community among guests.,Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.,Assist with event setup and breakdown, including table decorating and equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures and protocols.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and equipment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.,A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
