📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Handle vendor and customer accounts payable and receivable.,Conduct internal audits and prepare financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
