CV Restu Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for hospitality and service excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Monitor front desk operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local culture and customs.
