📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition,Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption,Monitor and manage fuel consumption, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance needs,Train and mentor junior staff in fleet management and operations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Proven experience in managing and optimizing fleet operations,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Familiarity with Google Maps or other route planning tools🛠️ Keahlian
