📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant has access to the best ingredients and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
