📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify potential candidates.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
