📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests in all financing agreements.
• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with Indonesian legal standards.
• Manage and oversee the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Lead legal teams in handling disputes and litigation, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Monitor and report on legal and collections performance metrics.
• Provide legal and collections training to staff to maintain high standards.
• Stay updated with changes in Indonesian legal frameworks and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and collections management, preferably in the finance industry.
