📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Assess training needs and develop training plans to address those needs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Strong background in designing and delivering training programs,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of training and development
