As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the company.,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assisting in the planning and execution of HR-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
