📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the quality and safety of food.
  • Develop and implement food menus and recipes.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software.
