Space Crown Sentosa is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating with service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
