📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.,Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
