📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Support the Demi Chef in managing kitchen staff.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Assist in special events and promotions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
