📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates using industry-standard software.
• Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction contract management and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC and NEC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
• Must be able to work in Bali, Indonesia.
