As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage the branch budget and ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized branch, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development to ensure high performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Represent the company at events and trade shows to build brand awareness and relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving branch performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
