📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by updating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in preparing and distributing employee communications, such as newsletters and policy updates.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits, such as processing claims and managing benefit enrollments.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and databases.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

🛠️ Keahlian

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) experience is a plus.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Fluency in Indonesianboth written and spoken.Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
