ION Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Gorontalo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control and stock replenishment.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Monitor store performance metrics and report any issues to the Store Manager.,Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and support new store staff members.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
