📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from clients and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the collection process.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records using software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure prompt payment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts receivable to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and other financial documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
