📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction projects adhere to design specifications and building codes.
• Prepare and submit construction documents, including blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project timelines and budgets.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to provide input and feedback on project developments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including correspondence, contracts, and change orders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design or site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
