📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise audit teams to conduct thorough financial and operational audits across plantation sites.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to address audit recommendations and ensure timely implementation.
• Monitor and report on audit activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Train and mentor junior auditors to build a skilled and knowledgeable audit team.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain a strong external audit relationship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and auditing standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficient in using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with the plantation industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.
